Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu
Be a part of the Shaolin tradition and undertake the traditional Shaolin training as currently taught in China. Originally from China, our instructors bring their years of experience training and teaching to Scarborough (Toronto), Ontario, Canada. They are pleased to share their knowledge and spread the Shaolin martial tradition to interested students.
Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu training is an excellent way to get into shape and maintain fitness while learning an artform that is over a millennium old. Shaolin Kung Fu has a diverse curriculum containing famous traditional forms, hard qi gong training, weapons training, and self defence techniques.
Today, traditional Shaolin forms can be practiced by people of any age - from young children, to teenagers, to adults - for health, culture, and personal enjoyment.
Children and adults both benefit by improving their cardiovascular fitness, mental focus, flexibility, strength, agility, spirit and discipline.
